River Light Kiwame Premium Peking Wok 36cm

At 36 cm, this is the largest Peking wok in River Light's Kiwame Premium range â designed for cooks who frequently prepare big batches, host gatherings, or work with a powerful gas burner. The tall, deep bowl and long wooden handle give plenty of room and leverage for traditional tossing.

Like the rest of the Premium range, the body is nitride-treated Japanese iron â heat-responsive, rust-resistant, and ready to use after a light oiling. Best paired with a gas or strong radiant hob, it also works on halogen. Note that the narrower contact base on this larger size is not reliable for induction.
